Macadamia Nuts

During your stay at La Anita Rainforest Ranch you will visit our macadamia and flower orchards. Learn how this incredible nut arrived to Costa Rica from it’s birthplace in Queensland, Australia and the entire lifespan of a macadamia nut from flowering to harvesting, drying and cracking, and – finally – eating!

We’ll freshly pack macadamia harvested from the Ranch for you to bring home to share with friends and family! We have a house deal that includes two pounds of this delicious nut, or you can try a macadamia brittle or turron made here in Costa Rica. Come for a day-tour and we will freshly roast some macadamia for you with cinnamon and sugar cane!
